We are excited to share an important update on our progress regarding the restoration of data backups to our production servers.
Server Restoration Timeline
- Kerio Mail Servers: All production Kerio mail servers will be fully operational by 6:00 PM EST today.
- MDaemon Servers: We are pleased to announce that all MDaemon servers have successfully recovered and are currently online.
Accessing Your Data
At this time, all essential functions including Email, Folders, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks will be accessible.
Temporary Folders for Kerio Connect Users
As part of our recovery process, all Kerio Connect email users will notice the addition of two temporary folders. The following folders will appear shortly after the servers are fully operational and back online:
- INBOX-TEMP
- Sent Items-TEMP
These folders will contain emails that were sent and received while we operated on our temporary contingency servers.
