As communicated in our previous update, the situation at our Atlanta data center has necessitated a comprehensive overhaul of our server environment due to complete data corruption. This unfortunate incident has compelled us to rebuild all servers from the ground up and meticulously restore our backup data.
Currently, we are actively engaged in the restoration process. However, due to the magnitude of the task—over 30 TB of data—we are unable to provide a definitive timeline for when the systems will be fully operational again.
